I've been part of the Sundt team for over twenty years. In my current role of
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Sundt Construction, Inc.,
I manage the company's California, Southwest, Texas, Federal and special project
groups. I am past president and currently a life director of the Arizona Builder's
Alliance, past national chairman of the Contractor Relations Task Force for
Associated General Contractors of America and current chairman of the Public
Private Industry Advisory Council for Associated General Contractors of America.
I am also a Registered Professional Civil Engineer and Certified Professional
Constructor.

I began my career with Sundt as a laborer in 1978. Since then I have served in several
different capacities on industrial and heavy civil projects. As Executive Vice President
and Chief Operating Officer of Sundt Construction, Inc., I manage the company's heavy
civil, mining & industrial, concrete, masonry and safety/quality operations. I'm also
on several industry boards of directors, among them: past chairman of the Associated
General Contractors of America - Arizona Chapter; The Road Information Program (TRIP);
and The Beavers, a national heavy civil philanthropic organization.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, I am responsible for the direction
of the organization's overall financial plans and policies, establishing the accounting
practices and maintaining the relationship with lending organizations, shareholders and the
financial community. I'm a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. I've served on the Executive
Committee and Board of Directors of the Tucson Chamber of Commerce (Past Chairman), the
International Risk Management Institute (IRMI), and am a member of the Board of Directors
for Tucson Regional Economic Opportunities (TREO).

Counsel. Excellent employee and customer relationships are the foundation for building

subcontractors and suppliers, in meeting their commitments by knowing and complying with the laws,

I am Richard Condit, and I serve the other employee owners of Sundt as the Chief
Administrative Officer. My responsibilities include Human Resources, Strategic Management,
Marketing and Business Development Administration, and Information Technology.
