The project includes a landscaped buffer area that provides visual setback from adjacent residential neighborhood.  It also is a highly efficient garage with a walk-up pay system. The project required close coordination with the University's central utility infrastructure.

This six-level parking structure was built just north of the University of Arizona's main campus. The cast-in-place concrete structure provides 1,503 parking spaces for students, faculty and staff and was built to accommodate a future phase of two additional decks. The facility is aesthetically pleasing with interesting use of lighting, massing, and colors incorporated into the structure itself. This compliments the acre of park landscaping located on the north project face.
