The project finished on time and within the District’s budget.  Throughout the project there were only five change orders, three of which were for owner requested scope enhancements and one of which was due to an unforeseen soils condition.

The District selected Sundt to provide design-build services through a best-value competition.  In this capacity, Sundt provided all design and construction services to deliver ten campus improvements, including a new 28,000-square-foot, 400 seat performing arts center, a new 26,000-square-foot, three-story, 18-classroom/lab building, covered walkways, shade structures, synthetic resurfacing of the football field and track, eight new tennis courts with lighting, 10 handball courts, and dugouts for baseball and softball fields.  All work was completed while 2,000 students attended classes in adjacent buildings.
