Pepperdine University – Outer Precinct Residence Hall
The new Pepperdine University “Outer” Precinct Residence Hall will provide much needed housing for juniors and seniors. As designed by the Conditional Use Permit (CUP), the area for the project is approximately 119,400 square feet and includes 456 beds for students, resident advisers and a resident director.
The primary housing residents are junior level students, many of them returning from study abroad programs. Adjacent housing structures (Dewey Hall and Morgan Hall) will be demolished to provide additional site for the project. The project site planning is also coordinated with the future Athletics and Events Center and grand stair to be located to the east of the “Outer” Precinct Residence Hall site. he project is being designed to a LEED Silver equivalent.
