• Sundt delivered the first two buildings of the project two months early. This allowed the university to rent the living units to students for the spring semester.
  • This was the first LEED® Certified Student Housing Project in the State of New Mexico.
This project was Phase 2 of the Chamisa Village Housing project at New Mexico State University and is adjacent to the original buildings. It added 282 beds in 127,321 square feet to accommodate upper-level students who want to live on campus. The project consisted of four, three-story dormitory buildings that contain two- and four-bedroom apartments. Sundt was also responsible for the site development and utilities.
