The project team was able to incorporate raised access flooring and movable partitions to allow the college to adjust its "one stop" space to the constantly changing technology associated with higher education.

The Coyote Center is a two-story building for the Chandler-Gilbert Community College at the Pecos Campus. This 70,000-square-foot building creates a gateway to the campus with a “one-stop” student services area, a 2,500-seat arena with a 10,000-square-foot gymnasium, a fitness center, athletic offices, classrooms and testing facilities, administration offices and conference rooms. The front of the campus was upgraded with new sidewalks, landscaping, concrete benches and parking lot renovations.

Additional features include taping and treatment areas with hydrotherapy, locker-rooms supporting men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball, soccer, softball and baseball, as well as offices for academia and staff. A generous exterior performance area includes a four-lane, 60-meter sprint track and other turf areas for outdoor training.
