The Construction Manager at Risk project was an extensive renovation to the casino, including a 17,000-square-foot addition and 20,000-square-foot remodel. Phase I included a $1 million new facade, fountain and porte-cochere. Phase II was a $5.8 million addition and remodel to the existing casino.

 

The property is owned and operated by the Pascua Yaqui Tribe. It has more than 1,300 slots and video poker machines as well as live-action table games.
