The California State University San Bernardino (CSUSB) Center for Global Innovation (CGI) is a 72,000-square foot, three-story classroom and office building that will serve as the new home for the University’s College of Extended Learning. The CGI will house 32,000-square-feet of classrooms, training spaces, auditoriums, lecture halls, and faculty offices.Open areas including lobbies, retail and cafe dining complete this energy-efficient addition to CSUSB.

The structure is a steel frame over conventional spread footings. Metal stud framing, along with metal panels and glazed curtainwall window systems and single-ply roofing form the exterior, while drywall, carpet, and metal and glass handrails adorn the modern interior. The building will be located on the north end of campus between the John M. Pfau Library and Parking Lot N.
