- Finished chiller replacement eight months early, allowing the school to stop renting a temporary chiller and save money.

- All renovation work was completed from May-Aug 2014 and in time for start of new school year.  No classroom interruption took place.

The Brackenridge High School project consisted of the demolition of the existing auto shop building and construction of a new 70,000-square-foot, three-story CATE building, plus associated Renovation of existing classroom space. The project also included renovation of the art lab, teacher work center, special education classrooms and the health clinic. Additional work consisted of restoring/replacing the existing mechanical systems, electrical upgrades, installation of new power circuits for computer requirements, a new irrigation system, restroom renovations, repaving the parking area, and addressing and resolving storm water issues.
