Throughout construction, all debris was recycled through Greenwaste. Wood, paper, glass, plastics, concrete, steel, etc. were recycled, with a total of 90 percent of all waste being diverted from the landfill. The building has renewable bamboo flooring material, split trash chutes for trash/recycling, low VOC paints/sealants/glues, and small heaters to reduce electricity needs of each unit.

The four-story building houses 224 high-end residential units over on-grade parking. Its amenities include a swimming pool and spa, fitness center, conference room, business center, and a clubhouse/lounge. Two small retail spaces are located on the bottom floor.

These "apartment homes" include washers and dryers, oversize tubs, walk-in closets, private balconies, storage rooms, and large, open kitchens with black appliances. The floor plans range from 550 to 1,245 square feet. Top-floor residents have an upgraded unit-finish package as well as spectacular views of San Francisco, the Oakland hills and the Golden Gate Bridge.
