Phase One of this project included construction of a three-story, 73,500-square-foot courthouse, which includes courtrooms and judges' chambers, court and family law administrative spaces, a law library, holding cells, and conference rooms. Phase Two included demolishing the existing Pittsburg-Delta Courthouse and accessory shed.
