Dial Corporate Headquarters & Research and Development Facility

The new home for Dial Corporation combines two existing facilities, Corporate Headquarters and Research & Development Laboratories, into one state-of-the-art LEED Certified facility. The 350,000-square-foot facility sits atop a four-story parking structure, including three subterranean levels, to accommodate 1,000 vehicles. The building features wet laboratories for product development, FDA and EPA sanctioned pilot plants to simulate product manufacturing processes, think-tank spaces, conference and training facilities, a full-service cafeteria and food service facility, a fitness center, green roof gardens and sustainable design throughout.
