Sundt Welcomes New California District Manager

IRVINE, Calif. (Nov. 16, 2016) – Daniel Dumke joins Sundt Construction as the new District Manager for the California region, overseeing the operations of Sundt’s four California offices—Irvine, Sacramento, San Jose, and San Diego.

Dumke has more than 35 years of experience directing company operations, managing significant projects and leading high-performing teams in the construction industry. He brings a wealth of experience in the building and industrial markets as well as knowledge of large projects and public-private partnerships.

Dumke has led a variety of significant construction projects in Southern California, including the $300 million design-build Central Plant for Los Angeles World Airports at LAX, the $270 million Scripps La Jolla Medical Center and the $220 million Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles.

Dumke is an active member of the California Associated General Contractors Association. He also donates his time to the Challenged Athletes Foundation, whose mission is to provide opportunities and support to people with physical challenges, so they can pursue active lifestyles through physical fitness and competitive athletics.
