DUBLIN, Calif. (February 11, 2019) – Sundt Construction, Inc. (www.sundt.com) started work on Avesta Residences at Dublin. The design-build project includes a four-story building which sits on a one-acre site in downtown Dublin, California.
“In the last 10 years, Sundt has completed several senior living projects,” said Mike Mielcarek, Project Executive for Sundt’s Building Group, California District. “We’re happy to begin this project to meet both the well-being and social needs of our aging population within the continually evolving senior living market.”
The 67,000-square-foot facility will be a steel-frame building with a total of 80 assisted-living and memory care residential units. There will be an outdoor plaza at the entrance of the building as well as patios on the second and third floors. The architect on the project is LPAS. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.
