TEMPE, Arizona (Feb 6, 2017) –Jill Lawson was recently promoted to Sundt Construction’s Manager of Total Rewards, the company’s benefits, rewards and recognition program.
Lawson has 20 years of experience as a human resource professional, working with private and Fortune 100 organizations in the distribution, technology and defense industries. She joined Sundt as its Compensation and Benefits Analyst in September 2015.
Lawson has a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in organization development from Pepperdine University. She is a Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Benefits Professional and trained mediator for the Maricopa County Courts.
