FORT WORTH, Texas (June 1, 2018) – Sundt employee-owner Sara Allen garnered the Achiever Award by the Fort Worth Admin Award program on May 17.
Allen, an Application Administrator in Sundt’s Building Group – Texas District, is responsible for overseeing administrative personnel on projects in the region. Allen excels at developing ways to enhance her staff’s knowledge of the company and the processes that will help them succeed.
“Sara is extremely thorough and her problem-solving skills are unmatched,” said Sundt’s Senior Vice President and Texas District Manager Eric Hedlund. “She lets no obstacle stop her from solving problems and helps others around her by coaching and training them on work skills and systems.”
The Achiever Award recognizes a high performing administrative professional who has successfully executed a significant project that has had a positive, company-wide impact and solves challenging problems because of their resourcefulness, tenacity and perseverance.
