Sundt Construction Hires Kevin Brady As Preconstruction Project Manager

SAN JOSÈ, Calif. (Dec. 2, 2014) – Kevin Brady recently joined the San Josè office of Sundt Construction, Inc., (https://www.sundt.com/) as a preconstruction project manager.

In his initial assignment, Brady is responsible for providing oversight and leadership to the preconstruction team working on the new $17 million physical education building at San Josè City College.

Prior to joining Sundt, Brady worked as an estimator for one of the largest commercial contractors in California. He brings with him more than 20 years of construction experience, working on many notable projects, including the $4 billion Transbay Transit Center facility in downtown San Francisco and the $690 million rebuild of San Francisco General Hospital.

Brady is among a long list of Sundt team members who recently joined the general contractor’s rapidly expanding operation. With offices in San Josè, San Diego, Sacramento and Irvine, Sundt remains one of the state’s leading full-service contractors with expertise that spans the entire lifecycle of construction.
