A new senior living facility is under construction in Davis, Calif. Sundt Construction, Inc. recently began building the Carlton Plaza at Davis Senior Living located at 2726 Fifth Street. Sundt, in partnership with Wichita Falls contractor Trinity Hughes, was selected among nine respondents to be the construction manager at risk.
The Sundt Foundation wrapped up 2012 by hosting its first company-wide blood drive, encouraging employee-owners and vendors in the construction company’s offices to give blood for the Red Cross and other blood donation services. More than 80 pints of blood were sent to local hospitals to be used for emergencies and medical procedures.
