Bowl16 Sundt (3)

With the goal of encouraging greater diversity in our industry, Sundt supported and participated in the Greater Phoenix Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction’s 5th Annual Red Rose Bowling Tournament this month at Kyrene Lanes in Chandler, Arizona.

The annual tournament brings together general contractors, subcontractors, vendors and supporters to raise money for the Lodine Robinson Endowment Fund, a scholarship program for women seeking certifications and degrees in construction-related pursuits in Arizona secondary education.

This was the third year Sundt took part in the event, with sponsorships from the Legal Department and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Tom Case. Our team, called the Sundt Legal Pin Heads, featured staff from Legal and the Building Division.

Melanie Healey from our Total Rewards team will serve as NAWIC’s President next year.
