Being a Certified Professional Constructor, or CPC, is one of the highest levels of professional achievement in the construction industry. Sundt employs more CPCs than any other U.S. contractor. And here’s another amazing fact: a quarter of all of the women who are CPCs in the world work at Sundt. Both of these figures are testaments to our commitment to employing the most talented workforce in the industry, and helping women achieve success in a field that has been historically male-dominated.

“Sundt encourages all of its employees, whether male or female, to improve their careers by setting and achieving high goals,” notes Dave Fleming, Sundt’s Director of Dispute Resolution and the Past National President and Director of the American Institute of Constructors (AIC). The AIC is the national qualifying body for the CPC designation through its Constructor Certification Commission.

“Achieving CPC certification is the highest professional achievement in our industry. Many Sundt employees have reached this goal, and we also have the distinction of employing more women CPCs than any other company anywhere. The employee-owners of Sundt are very proud of that fact.”
