Innovative People - What will Sundt’s People Look Like in the Future?

Sundt’s current employees don’t just stay ahead of the curve of change; they define it. With approximately 175 LEED Accredited Professionals, dozens of projects utilizing the company’s patent pending ROCK technology, and one of the nation’s first SIMCOM (simulated construction) departments devoted entirely to construction, chances are good that future Sundt employees will carry on the tradition of innovation and create ever better ways of bringing efficiencies and cost savings to our clients.

As workforce planning becomes a more important component of our success, we will likely begin building project teams by matching individuals to owner requirements and needs through a knowledge database that maintains our employee skill sets and experiences.

As always, Sundt’s people will be focused on the needs of our customers, and we will be utilizing cutting edge technologies to aid in that process. Like today, Sundt's future employees will be well aware of the strengths of their high-performing team members and confident in the company's strategic plans and direction.

As national demographics continue to change over the coming years, we expect Sundt’s demographics to shift accordingly. We are working hard to stay current in demographic trends and ensure that we offer more opportunities for women and minorities to enter the industry in engineering roles and high-level positions.
