Sundt performs multi-trade contracts that provide renovation and new construction on all types of government facilities. On housing maintenance contracts, Change of Occupancy Maintenance is usually the largest item involved. Whenever a family moves out of a unit, the contractor receives a work order to go in and clean, paint, and perform any repairs needed to make the unit ready for the next tenant.
Service calls are another major activity. Service calls involve responding to tenant-requested maintenance items, such as a stopped-up sink or broken air conditioner. These contracts often involve thousands of service calls each year, with dispatchers on duty 24 hours a day to handle requests.
Sundt also performs recurring Work, which involves those activities that occur on a regular basis, day in and day out, such as lawn mowing and tree trimming.
